Quiet

As always, as you are saying this affirmation, try to move your body around. These words will settle in faster into your system.  

Where did the inspiration came from:

I was in a state of trying  to be present in the moment. But it was harder than I thought, and then I started to say these words while stretching every part of my body and it helped me to silence internally. I was focused.
